W2 Onboarding

Please read all the steps below to familiarize yourself with the whole onboarding process.

BEFORE Your First Day

Complete these steps before your start date.

Step 1

Complete ADP Onboarding

ADP is our HRIS and Payroll system. You will receive two emails from ADP Workforce Now. Please use them to register and log in complete onboarding within 3 days. If you have not received them, please let your HR Representative know.

AFTER Your First Day

Step 2

Complete Required Litmos Compliance Training

After your first day, you will receive a separate email from your HR representative with your Litmos login information. Litmos is our Learning Management System. Please complete all required courses within 30 days of your hire date.
